This is quite intriguing to me, so I have watched the video repeatedly. You guys clearly haven't watched the video enough, so I'll break it down for you more exactly. Follow along and pause and stop and restart as you need.

At 23:49, after Tristan's first turn land drop and Ponder, he has 7 cards in hand (from left to right):
Flooded Strand
Brainstorm
Chain of Vapor
Doomsday
Sensei's Divining Top
Doomsday
Tundra

On his next turn he draws Polluted Delta (8 cards in hand), plays Flooded Strand (7 cards in hand), passes the turn. On his draw for his turn 3 Tristan draws Brainstorm (8 cards in hand), and he plays Tundra (7 cards in hand), and at 25:31 he has the following in hand (from left to right):

Doomsday
Brainstorm
Doomsday
Chain of Vapor
Polluted Delta
Brainstorm

Notice how he moves the cards into his hand, in three strokes, so the first card drawn should then be the third card in from the right. He has a new Flooded Strand, Karakas, and a Rain of Filth, with 9 cards clearly in hand at 25:42 (9 cards, that's it). Now watch from 25:43 to 25:49 very carefully, repeatedly. He grabs the second to far left card (Doomsday), then the card on far left (Sensei's Divining Top), and that's it. At 25:44 after he has grabbed the TWO FAR LEFT (ie. EXISTING) cards from his hand above there are two cards in his left hand (Doomsday #2 and Sensei's Divining Top, in the same order from hand above at 25:31), which he then puts back on top of library at 25:45. He does not rearrange the order of his hand and at 25:49 it is quite clear (from left to right):

Again, I don't know Tristan, so it's not like I'm here to defend a friend, but it's pretty clear by examining all the evidence that you guys are pretty wrong. The still at 25:39 shows three right card edges, and what everyone was assuming was a fourth card edge is probably just the shitty quality video, and what appears to be cards 3 and 4 (all the way to the left, where it only shows one right card edge) is most likely just that, one card. Look at the full evidence and clips, and not just one or two stills.

sorry but i can't see why we, that seen the video, have to say that this guy is a cheater if he is not...
photoshop a video is really difficult anyway.. hacking a youtube account to do this is really really difficult... do this without the owner noticing it is (really really really)^4 difficult.

Lo ha spiegato prima... è un filmato fatto col photoshop... tutto è fatto con photoshop al giorno d'oggi... anche la realtà è fatta così mi pare evidente... siamo solo i soliti italiani che cercano di fare i furbi in un torneo dove i francesi invece hanno truffato sulle griglie e assunto judge totalmente incapaci -.-"

Sinceramente non mi interessa granchè la questione però visto adesso e sinceramente basta una volta :-)

. Pesca 4, poi il trucco psicologico sull'opponent sta semplicemente in questo: lui prima appoggia le 2 carte da rimettere in cima sul tavolo belle staccate e distinte per far notare che sono 2, (poi ci ripensa le mette in mano ne mette due attaccate in cima facendole figurare come una singola (in tempi rapidi) e poi l'ultima ben distinta per completare l'opera (in tempi più lenti). Questo senza leggere mille pagine di blablla e vedendo il video una volta, poi magari sbaglio...

Non sorprende la cura con cui mostra le singole carte alla pescata o quando guarda di cappa (in modo da abbassare il livello di attenzione dell'oppo che penserà di giocare contro un player onesto al millimetro (a parte nel momento propizio)). Se gli avessero chiesto qualcosa probabilmente avrebbe detto "sette carte in mano"...e i conti sarebbero tornati, mica come con le terre di bertoncini :-)

il punto è un altro , non è dimostrare quante carte aveva in mano ma quante carte ha pescato , dopo che le ha pescate puo' averci fatto quello che vuole , mangiato una tundra o infilato nella manica un delta , questo alla fine non è cosi' rilevante.

1) quante carte sono state pescate?

2) se sono state pescate 4 carte la cosa è stata involontaria o intenzionale?

rispondere a queste 2 domande risolve la questione.
