Il Regolamento ha scritto:
“Morph [cost]” means “You may cast this card as a 2/2 face-down creature, with no text, no name, no subtypes, no expansion symbol, and no mana cost by paying {3} rather than paying its mana cost.”


Mind's Desire ha scritto:
Shuffle your library. Then exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may play that card without paying its mana cost. (If it has X in its mana cost, X is 0.)

Storm (When you cast this spell, copy it for each spell cast before it this turn.)


Nella sostanza,
Morph ti fornisce un sistema alternativo nel giocare la carta (pagando 3 *invece* del suo normale costo).
Il punto è che il normale costo non lo paghi già in partenza causa Mind's Desire (che ti fa giocare la carta senza pagare il costo, appunto).
Quindi non puoi "sfruttare" Morph tramite Mind's Desire in quanto non applichi alcun "rimpiazzamento" di costi.
