Hello and thank you.

We'd like to thank a lot all those who came to Annecy for the first edition of Bazaar of Moxen (BoM).
Congratulations for the great results of the italian delegation, which show once more Italia is definitely The Country of Vintage.

This tournament which we've prepared for almost one year has given us a lot of stress but also that much satisfaction and we're glad having welcome players from all around the world. That success allows us to announce now that there will be other editions of Bazaar of Moxen.

There has indeed been an incident, a misunderstanding between players and judges, which the language barrier and the moment it happened didn't help clarifying. The decision may seem harsh but our staff is used to international events, only made of L2s and L3s. We have never aimed at favouring a specific player, whichever nationality that player is. The language barrier can sometimes be an obstacle but the REL chosen for this event was "Competitive" and the judges applied the recommended remedy that can be found in the Penalty Guide.

We'll do our best to have spanish and italian judges next time. We'd like to point out we tried to hire some but the ones we did contact this year were either not available or not interested. We were aware that situations like this may therefore arrive but we unfortunately couldn't do much.

Once again, thank you a lot for coming. We hope to see you next time with, hopefully, a larger french vintage community to compete for top8

Hi very compliment for tournament, prize, location!

Maybe at this great event is a great idea have a judge for european player like last year at ovinogeddon2 i have a spanish judges!

I think next year we came again in France cause we spent 4 beatufil days in Annecy!

But i'll wait first the next years in september many france player at EurOvino3 in Italy "The country of Vintage" as you have defined.

I'm sincerly unhappy for the missing understanding with judges and my friends italian player, i'll hope for future if there will be a silmilar situation, we'll try to resolve taking care also for the player language ( not so perfect explain situation in other languge) and also the player's stress!

We're disappointed for our friend cause it's not easy reiceve a DQ when you came from Italy specificatly for the tournament!

Don't worry no italian mafia come in France as Ivan wrote in is report!

In first time Raul must be come to our tournament (it's a good friend of our head judge) but he must go to judge an other event...


Like for ovino 1 and 2 i will be there and i hope many french people come with me

Ha and for next BoM if he take place in Annecy i hope the sun was here (the city is really greater under suny day and when yu can taste the lake )

Nice idea cause thise time we take 4 days of Rain, whe never see the sun!

hi hemgath, i was the guy which arrived 6th and lose in the quarter finals against Giani.
We had a great time at your tournament and we also enjoyed the city the day before (although the weather wasn't so good, unfortunately).
i liked the tournament's organization and the place, too.

I hope to see you and other french guys at the eurovino3 in september!
