Finalmente ci siamo!!!

Mercoledì mattina suona la sveglia, è ora di partire per Viareggio dove mi aspetta (o meglio dovrò aspettare perché è sempre in ritardo) Stefano Lari, per andare all’aeroporto di Pisa a prendere Rob.. arrivato gli chiediamo cosa volesse fare, lo facciamo arrivare in hotel e sistemare, poi si mangia qualcosa a Viareggio e, vista la bella giornata, decidiamo di andare sulla passeggiata






Verso le 4 riportiamo Rob in hotel a dormire con l’intenzione di andare al Nebraska la sera: il caro amico si fa fuori una boccia e mezzo di rosso (oltre a vari assaggini)




Giovedì mattina vado ad aiutare quelli dell'hotel per la preparazione della sala e vengo raggiunto da Ste nel pomeriggio, ormai ci siamo.. alla sera torniamo al Nebraska ma Rob ha mal di stomaco, lo riporto in hotel, e ritorno al Nebraska per definire le ultime cose anche assieme a Roberto che nel frattempo è arrivato: "WELA', SORRROBERTO" (e per rompere a Ste di aggiornarmi e specialmente confermarmi di essere sveglio venerdì mattina) … Nel frattempo anche Dany è giunto a Viareggio!

Venerdì mattina: finalmente inizia il torneo vero e proprio… Ste alle 9 è a Pisa a prendere Jeff e la moglie (che purtroppo non potevano venire prima), poco dopo le 10 li lascia all'hotel e ritorna pronto per giocare il torneo modern.. una mezz'oretta dopo arrivano anche loro :

La prima edizione del Nebraska’s War è giunta al termine e per essere stato il nostro primo big event è andata, nel complesso, benone! Ovviamente dobbiamo migliorare alcuni aspetti organizzativi e non, ma abbiamo tempo fino alla prossima edizione per discuterne e cercare di fare le cose al meglio

Tra main event e side event quasi 500 persone in 3 giorni!!!!


Props:
- A Ste, Simo, Megghi, Roberto per l’organizzazione!
- Agli artisti: Jeff (e la moglie), Rob e Dany, ottimi disegnatori e persone!
- A tutti i giocatori e amici italiani (dalla Sicilia alla Valle d'Aosta) e stranieri che sono venuti a giocare e/o per gli artisti, grazie!
- Ai membri del Team Nebraska che piazzano in top8 un giocatore per formato (Badiali modern, Marsicovetere legacy e Lari Stefano vintage): ma quanto sculate?
- Sempre ai membri del Team Nebraska che domenica sera ci aiutano a sgomberare la sala!
- Al Dini che al legacy fa 0-2 (invece che 0-3)
- All’Hotel Esplanade per averci “ospitato” questi 3 giorni!
- Al tempo, abbiamo sculato una settimana senza pioggia e relativamente calda!
- Allo Staff di Tipo1.it per le foto dei giocatori della top Vintage e per aver caricato le liste della domenica un'ora dopo la fine del torneo!

Boia, bottiglietta d'acqua 2,5 €. In effetti il bar è stato veramente l'unico slops.

Grazie ancora a tutti, spero siate stati ricompenzati per la fatica o che abbiate rotto l'argine per le prossime edizioni.

Torneo Fantastico!!!!

Come prima edizione direi che tutto è filato liscio, naturalmente il tutto è migliorabile.
Personalmente il mio torneo è andato in maniera accettabile un 5-3 al Modern e domenica al Vintage ho lottato l'ultima per entrare contro Bergamo83 e ho chiuso con un 4-1-2
I risultati del team sono stati buoni dato che abbiamo piazzato un componente nella top del Legacy(marsicovetere) ed uno nel Vintage(Lari) per il resto...

Ottimo inizio per questo nuovo big event

Solo un appunto, i posti a sedere erano troppi in troppo poco posto, a volte si stava talmente stretti che non c'era posto prima ancora che si fossero seduti tutti i giocatori del tavolo.
E poi vabbè il bar ti chiedeva 10 euro per un pezzo di pane.

Talte ste due cose davvero un gran appuntamento, location SGRAVA e ambiente tranquillo

Davvero complimenti a Michele e al suo staff per aver organizzato un evento perfetto. Bellissima la location e artisti davvero super. Non vedo l'ora di ritornare l'anno prossimo a passare un'altra splendida domenica tra amici giocando vintage e facendo scarabocchiare un po' di cartine belle ...
La "Tana del Vintage" bolognese non mancherà.

sul binario stava la locomotiva,
la macchina pulsante sembrava fosse cosa viva,
sembrava un giovane puledro che appena liberato il freno
mordesse la rotaia con muscoli d' acciaio,
con forza cieca di baleno

Torneo a dir poco fantastico, mi sono divertito davvero tanto... Spero di esserci anche alla prossima edizione
Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere i giocatori migliori d'Italia, persone simpaticissime e sportive (mi rivolgo in particolare a Kenny Carbonetto, Roberto sartini -Paxxu- , Marco Rocchetti -Sengiro di Vampir-). E' valsa anche la pena aspettare 3 ore per farmi firmare il playmat e la bellezza di 70 carte da Rob Alexander
