Complice la repentina decisione dell’organizzazione di piazzare la tappa la prima domenica di settembre, sono state annotate numerose defezioni di players abituali (fra i quali il mai assente Coloc), tuttavia grazie ai 20 baldi giovani che si sono presentati al torneo è stato possibile mettere in palio un sugoso bye per l’ovino.
Il torneo si è svolto nel solito clima allegro e dopo 5 tonici turni di swiss la classifica è stata la seguente:
Lo svolgimento della top8 è stato caratterizzato da un clima fortemente competitivo in quanto ogni partecipante era desideroso di portarsi a casa il primo posto e la finale è stata giocata a cxxzo duro senza split o drop.
Si porta a casa la prima vittoria della stagione il Capitano Ravidel contro un tonicissimo Orbag.
Da segnalare la prima presenza in top8 del neofita Davide Giorgini, che essendosi avvicinato al formato solamente da qualche mese sforna una prestazione degna di nota, piazzandosi al primo posto alla fine della swiss.
